Boulogne sur Mer (30 km away)
Dedicated to trade, passengers but mainly to fishing, Boulogne is a rough looking and
charming city with its busy streets. The city is divided in two. The upper city
concentrating the administrative and religious fonctions, surrounded by battlements with the
Basilica overlooking it and the lower city, trading place turned towards the sea.
The legendary fortress of Montreuil sur mer ( 10km away)
This fortified city overlooking the Canche Valley hides old streets lined with houses of the
17th & 18th century, its citadel and its shaded ramparts.
